The story behind Chic Stitchery: Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Frustrated with the inability to find an apron equal to what I created in my head, I designed and sewed my own with the help of a very good friend. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Through the support of friends and family and work of mouth, the hand-crafted unique aprons have grown in popularity. My husband created a web-page and together we created what is now Chic Stitchery,formerly Ananas Designs.

Our hope is to bring high designer handmade items to anyone with the desire to be a domestic goddess! My own favorite inspirational item is a leopard broom...and why not? It makes the mundane more whimsical!

This line is continually expanding with the additions of pot holders, oven mitt sets,curling iron covers and luggage handle covers.
